5th Grade End of Year Information
5th to 6th Transition
- April 3 - Find the SHMS 6th Grade Parent/Guardian Orientation here.
- May 23 - 5th Grade students visit SHMS during the school day.
Celebrations
- May 28, 7:30pm - 5th Grade Band Concert at SHMS
- May 29, 7:30pm - 5th Grade Orchestra Concert at SHMS
- Teachers will be organizing an end of year classroom celebration with their students to commemorate their time together and honor our graduating Lions.
- June 11, 2:45-3:25pm - Bridging Ceremony at LPE to celebrate our Lone Pine graduates and symbolically send them off to South Hills Middle School by crossing the bridge. 5th grade Lions are encouraged to dress up as there will be a photo area set up as graduates receive their Blackhawk welcome. Lone Pine graduates and their families are invited to continue celebrating with special treats at the upper playground.
- June 13, 12:00pm - 5th Grade Clapout - Caregivers are invited to join our school as we "clap out" our 5th grade graduates on the last day of school followed by dismissal at 12:20 for all other grades.
