Celebrating Excellence: Bloomfield Hills Schools Honors Teachers of the Year

The Bloomfield Hills Schools Teacher of the Year, which is part of the longstanding Distinguished Service Awards, celebrates outstanding educators for their dedication and positive influence on students. This year’s Elementary Teacher of the Year is Cynthia Zervos from Way Elementary. The Bloomfield Hills Schools Middle School Teacher of the Year is Beth Mueller from North Hills Middle School. A dedicated special education teacher, Ms. Mueller has made a profound impact on her students by fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. She collaborates closely with staff to ensure students receive the right level of support in their classrooms. Ms. Mueller is known for her ability to quickly connect with students. The Bloomfield Hills Schools High School Teacher of the Year is Rachel Matz from Bloomfield Hills High School.
